I woke up before my alarm went off. I had something to do.
I got in my truck...
and drove to Scooterville.
Bob and Steven had been working on a little something something for me: My new scooter, a Genuine Stella! I had many things to do in a relatively short amount of time so I didn't get any pictures. I got a quick lesson in riding and drove her around for a while. Then we loaded her up and I went to work.
The day crawled by.
Very slowly.
Then it started to rain. Those pretzels and a sandwich were all I ate all day. I was tired. I was hungry. I was getting irritable. When I got home, Mark and Amy helped me take her off my truck. I should have just rolled her into the garage and been done with it.
I didn't do that.
Instead, I did a pretty spectacular wheelie before crashing to the ground in the alley. I'm physically OK, but the scooter isn't.
